About Us!
At She Sells Seashells, we believe that art and design are most beautiful when inspired by nature… particularly, the SEA! All of our original paintings and canvas prints, rocks, magnets, and jewelry are hand-painted/crafted with sea glass, shells and rocks found on Newport/Acquidneck Island during local beach walks!
Inspiration to start this business came from a homeless man who randomly handed me a painted rock (pictured left) while walking on the beach that reads: ’LOVE is the Answer’ … Love TRULY IS the answer!!!, so by purchasing one of our creations, you will be spreading some love, because 10% of the net profit will be donated to McKinney Cooperative Shelter for the homeless in Newport, Rhode Island.
